NCC
The National Cadet Corps (NCC) is a youth development program in India, and BLJS College in Tosham has an active NCC unit. The NCC unit at BLJS College aims to:
1. Develop discipline, leadership, and character among students
2. Promote patriotism and national integration
3. Train students in self-defense and first aid
4. Encourage community service and social responsibility
5. Provide opportunities for adventure and outdoor activities
The NCC unit at BLJS College offers:
1. Training in parade drills, map reading, and navigation
2. Adventure activities like camping, trekking, and rock climbing
3. Community service projects, such as blood donation, tree plantation, and disaster relief
4. Leadership development through officer training and cadet leadership camps
5. Opportunities to participate in national-level NCC events and competitions

The NCC unit at BLJS College is led by experienced instructors and officers, who guide and mentor cadets to achieve their full potential. By participating in NCC, students can develop valuable skills, build their confidence, and become responsible citizens of India.
OUR ACHIEVEMENTS
Till date 481 cadets have passed ‘C’ certificate exam and 599 cadets have qualified ‘B’ certificate exam of NCC and some of are now serving the country as Colonels, Majors, and Captains and in other capacities in Indian Army, CISF & BSF, Delhi police and Haryana police etc.
Our Student Mr. Nitin Yadav of B COM 3rd represented the Haryana State at Republic Day Parade on 26 Jan. 2021 and brought laurels for the College and the region. Consecutively in second year one more student Mr. Harsh Pratap of B A 3rd represented the state at Republic Day Parade on 26 Jan. 2022 and added one more feather in the crown.
Our NCC Wing is winning First Prize on the occasions of Independence Day and Republic Day Parade at Block Level for the last several years consecutively.
